PARTIES

This MONTHLY/ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of the date of registration (“Effective Date”), is entered into by Rohrer Revolution LLC (“Organization”), and the individual agreeing to these terms (“Member”). The Organization and the Member may individually be referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”

 

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above and the reciprocal covenants herein included, and for other good and valuable consideration, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

NATURE OF AGREEMENT

The Member wishes to avail of the resources and guidance services of the Organization, and the Organization, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, desires to provide its services to the Member. 

CONSIDERATION & PAYMENT

  • The Member will pay a $44.44 monthly or $444.40 annual membership fee, which will cover the term of use to the Organizations member portal, services, and live calls. Payments will be automatically charged to the card used for initial registration.

 

  • Dues and other costs specified in the Services Agreement, which is attached to this Agreement, are subject to change at the Club's discretion.

REPRESENTATIONS, & WARRANTIES

  • The Member represents that she/he is committed to doing the inner work and open to coaching and guidance to assist with the process of reconnecting to their true essence.
  • The Organization represents that all information and guidance given is in a best effort to assist the Member through blocks, beliefs, and agreements that are limiting and blocking their truth.
  • The Member accepts full responsibility for the use of the information provided by the Organization and agrees to indemnify the Organization and its members from any claims, damages, or loss arising from its participation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall be renewable on a monthly or annual basis determined by the Member’s selection at registration. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either Party provided that notice be given in writing (electronic notification is acceptable) a minimum of 7 days prior to the next billing date.

 

SEVERABILITY

If any term of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision or portion shall be severed from this Agreement, and such unenforceability shall have no effect on the other sections of this Agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by the laws of and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of Washington.
