soul hello and welcome back to Bytes of Light snacks for your soul we are so happy that you're here with us again and we want to continue from our last episode where we talked about re-evaluating your beliefs and what's working for you and what's not working for you and take it to that next step where we start talking about now how do you take more steps forward how do you launch yourself further down the road versus taking baby steps if you're ready to really commit to this life of joy and elevating your experience what what are some of the best ways to do that and what we found through our own personal experience is gathering with others when you come together in that joint energy that helps that's a way that you join your energy together with one intent to elevate yourselves to learn to let to let go to grow that's a big one and another one is going to places that are inherently housing energies greater energies and there are many of these around the world there is a concept that if you're having trouble we talked about in the last in the last episode that sometimes you need to be shown the energy so that you know what you're looking for This Is Why We Gather this is why we go to these places and you know then on the other side of the wheel is your individual work so what we found is clearly individual work needs to to be done and when you go to these places you bring your energy connecting with the other people's energies you're going to be inspired by somebody else's Journey you're going to be inspired by the energy you're going to learn different ways to house and hold energy and the concept of right fruit if you want something that somebody else has you go share space with them learn from them feel their energy so that you know what you're looking for when you're doing your manifestation right it it's a a concept of be be the thing first in your thoughts and your energy so by being next to people that are already in spaces that you want to be at you see that they're they spend more time in Joy they're probably just their vibrations probably just higher so spend time with them to experience that be that be with them then start doing the things that will help elevate your own experience in life and then you will have it a mentor of mine coined the phrase maybe not it's maybe been around for a while but I heard it from him Jim foron is be do have and we've often we operate from this well when I have it I will be this so when I when I have this thing that I want that's when I'll be happy so I'll I'll do the things to get the thing then I'll be happy and that's it's all backwards and how's that worked out for you right right you have to you first need to be the thing what does somebody with the things that you want have how do they act how do they be and then do the things that you're inspired to do from that place and then you will those things will manifest in your life right we talked about manifestation in the last episode so being with people and being in these places that we call we call them power places because they're for whatever reason either people have gathered there over time with the intent of doing powerful things or there are places where there just seems to be like the veil just seems to be thinner and there's more inherent power uh from the earth there's there's lots of theories about it and I try not to get too caught up in it because it's kind of irrelevant you just experience it and when you go to these power places it's it's like if you are just jumping off the ground you can get so high but if you climb up onto this other platform you climb up onto a ladder you can you can jump and reach higher ladder is not maybe the best analogy because you don't want to jump on ladders don't but if you climb up to a higher platform you can jump up and reach higher into the sky and that's what these places offer and so when you mix that with going with somebody that has learned how to harness these energies and and commune with these energies they show you how to take it even further and one of our favorite places for this and I at least my first place that I experienced this and I believe yours too was in Teotihuacán Mexico where they the temples or pyramids have existed for thousands of years pre- Inca time in the the the grounds this the sacred grounds in taakan it's now an archaeological site that's the word I was looking for the archaeological site of taakan it's also a town this archaeological site is the the home the government is protecting these ancient temples to preserve them because they see the value in them and on a on a 3D level and it's amazing for those of us who see the value on an energetic and spiritual level to know that they're being protected to know that they're being cared for because they were hidden for a number of years the time had and dirt and weeds had kind of hid them from View and they've excavated and uncovered all of these amazing structures that house all of this amazing energy and I know for me it is where my journey really took off I had been dabbling in meditation and teachers that were kind of showing me some of the ways of elevating my way of being and that got me to the point where I I built that energy up like we talked about in the last episode to get me to the next to the next Crossroad and that Crossroad took me to Teotihuacán and it was a crossroad oh yes when I had my crack open my Awakening my whatever it was my launching to another level of of awareness and vibration it shifted me so much that I came back to a life I didn't recognize and it's not always like that but it can be depending on if you're open to it right the other thing that I love about about the universe even though sometimes we feel like life's so overwhelming that's all about perception and we'll get into that another time probably and we've talked about it before the universe never gives us more than we can actually handle you know this because you're still here no matter how much you felt like you were drowning and whatever was going on in your life that's all about perception how are you perceiving the things that are happening to you is it happening to you or for you so in that moment I don't I don't even know that the moment was so amazing it wasn't as though it was I mean it felt amazing you know we were we were witnessing as a group a shamanic what were they the Jaguar dancers and they were they were doing this amazing performance for us which was kind of like on the 3D level that's what it was it was a performance but it was truly a shamanic ceremony they're calling in the directions and yeah they they they set the container yeah it was so beautiful there was there was Birds coming in and and flying over our heads there was just all of these very synchronistic things happening the rain came in for a little bit yeah just this real right light rain the universe really responded it was it was a very powerful yeah the elements came into play yeah and and nature you know mother earth like that was that's how we see it physically when the animals and the earth and the elements respond to what you're doing you know you're communing with with the energies of the universe with source with with spirit with whatever word you want to give it with God and that just always seems to happen and that one got you yeah yeah for me that was me I was sitting there and and just kind of enjoying it and enjoying being in the energy and you know I can't even really explain the feeling that came over me but it was just like like I I just kind of started vibrating and my jaw started just like moving and just like oh that was weird and the weirdest thing about it was I didn't in that moment it wasn't like oh my God I'm Different forever yeah it was just like whoa that was cool what what was that and that was exactly the conversation we had like it was emotional and it was like holy crap that was huge and what just happened and that that's kind of what I find ourselves saying whoa what just happened yeah yeah and and for me my first time being in Teo Angel was there that's where we met right so she got to be there for that and and and hold space for you to walk through that yeah and and share that together and it was it was lifechanging not because anything drastic happened on a on a physical level in that moment but things happened on an energetic on a an emotional level on a spiritual level that I don't have words for and I don't need words for you know that's the fastest honestly one of the fastest ways to evolve and Elevate yourself is to quit needing to understand it right letting go of the control piece yeah yeah I mean I also believe that over time if the understanding is supposed to be there over time it will come in but I don't need to understand it because I don't Spirit it there's no there's no fear around my Evolution even though I have no idea what it looks like it's not it's not important I don't need to know what it looks like I just need to know that the universe is always working for me for my highest good and the more I can get out of my own way which is generally fear the more I can get out of fear stay out of fear and just let go and let what be how do I know what's supposed to be and if Tao calls to you you'll know it you'll feel it in your bones and it is this incessant I absolutely have to be there you know I been to Teo several times before I met Seth there and when I did meet him it was in the middle of the pandemic and the borders were closed and I made some choices and I got lots of push back from my family lots of push back from friends you know and the government breaking the law you know so but that's how strong the calling was for me to be there and so if you're sitting on the fence and and trying to decide if you want to go on one of these Retreats and even if it's not too if it's t Peru or like any of the other pow places in the world it is the universe calling that you are ready to step into that refined energy you know that's what our our teacher Jorge Luis Delgado always calls it there's refined energies in these places and humans evolve even if you don't set intent like we grow and and that is what we do here if you are looking to do it faster or you do believe it's part of your path to be part of the Care team for Humanity I will never sh on anybody but I would highly recommend stepping into this kind of space because it is it is the top-notch boot camps of the spirituality of the spiritual world is to go and experience ceremony and have have your own talks with yourself and the universe in these power places where these Vortex vortexes exist yeah and as you and as you look into them and like she said if you're just even wondering like well I just feel like there's something more and that was ultimately the the the path that took me to tail I I don't know that I had this this Burning need to be there I just felt like there was something more and I had for a long time I thought it was at the time I thought well maybe it's a a business thing like I just there's a business for me to do there's there's something more for me and I didn't have the capacity to think Beyond just the 3D at the time but in making the intent when my first marriage that I just wanted to be happy and then just wanting to be happy mixed with there's something more led me to find Don Miguel Ruiz who's the author of The Four Agreements and that there was a lot of medicine in that book for me there still is like it's there's a very powerful very simple Concepts in that book that I highly recommend you pick it up and read it if you haven't even if you have read it if you haven't read it lately I'm going to recommend you read it again and if you haven't read the fifth agreement also that one I would highly recommend that one even more because it goes deeper into the agreements and then Jose comes in with the fifth agreement which has been very very impactful in my world yeah yeah no I agree so both both of those books and I've heard a lot of people like oh yeah I read that book one time like 10 years ago this is a book you should read every year oh there should again it's a book that you can read and and this is another thing and it's not just this book this is why we re-evaluate because as as you make the intent to do the work to become the best version of yourself that you can you elevate your everything including your ways of thinking so when you reread these books when you re-evaluate your agreements you aren't looking at them from the same perspective that you were before and you see new things and you see flaws in your reasoning with your agreements and your beliefs and that you didn't know were there before but if you don't look if you don't read you don't see it and fun fact The Four Agreements was birthed from the Teotihuacán pyramids that was where Miguel Ruiz did most of his work worked with his apprentices he has taught hundreds and hundreds of people on the top of those pyramids and for 30 years and I knew none of this when I found the book I just was attracted to the book and I thought oh great and I kept doing some other work and then I got to well if this is good how can I work with this guy more you know if you're if you're drawn to a teacher how can I work with them more and that's when I found that they do these trips to Teotihuacán and I thought okay that's what I need to then that's what I want to do I want to go do this work do this work with him do this work with other people that are doing this work that's what I was the pull for me was and it was exactly where I was supposed to be even though it wasn't so much I need to be in that location you were just following Miguel I was yeah I was following the the line of this feels like a place where I can get more healing right and just like we talked about last one stalking Joy Seth stalked joy to Miguel yeah exactly right he he had a message that spoke to my heart that that was important and and has been important in my Evolution and in my own transition and transformation so that's what got me to Teo the first time right I wouldn't I wouldn't necessarily say that if you don't have this burning desire to be there don't go if you're curious at all chances are the only reason you don't have a burning desire to be there is because you're still in your own way and you haven't felt the energy yet just like we said before you need to experience the energy to know you want more of it there's a reason why we keep going yeah there's a reason why we are now going to be hosting and assisting our first journey in April after 10 years of doing this work yeah yeah and and that being said like along the veins of my own my own experience like if you if you're looking at like oh how can I I would like to work with with Angel Seth Moore like how can I work with them that's probably the most powerful way you can work with us now come to TA with us come to Tao come and play yeah and we're GNA be there with another like in April we're going to be there and we're gonna be there with another amazingly powerful healer Rebecca Haywood and and she is also from that same lineage of teaching she learned from Miguel's mom yeah and she actually lived with them for years yeah Mama Serita who was a very well-known faith healer very powerful woman or yourself and that is all you can ask for is these people that have learned how to tap into Source tap into the power within them and then show me guide me yeah you don't need them for the power anybody that's further down the road can reach back and give you a hand and pull you up and it all depends on your willingness to surrender yeah you know if you're your path and you're doing your thing and you're you're seeing progress and you're having your little baby steps and you're okay with that perfect absolutely if you are more like me you know the high performance racehorse that spent 30 years in in a competitive field I wasn't okay with the baby steps I wanted the boot camp leap and that's what you get when you go to Tao it changes your life in 10 days and mine's more about I'm just intensely curious yeah most of the time I'm just it's more of a what else what's possible what else yeah and when you ask that question be careful that's all I can say and I highly encourage you to ask that question yes it's been very fun yeah I love the what else like what's next I dare you you know you wanna you wanna you want to be brave you think you're brave start start like taunting the Universe I dare you to show me another level like I dare you to to bring me more opportunity to grow and learn I'm not going to say I recommend that to everybody no that is uh definitely not for the faint of heart and and you can go to Teo without needing to be that as Extreme as as I guess we are it just depends on where your fear fear level is yeah you know for for Angel it's it's you know there's that that underlying kind of competitive athlete for me I just have decided I want to know what's possible in this lifetime I hear stories but that's what it is in the gym too we're always pushing the edges and you know can you add another half twist in that full in full out already you know like what is the next so it is that it's just in different language always pushing the boundaries always pushing the edges to what is sure and I guess what I think of of competitive it's well you did three twists so I'm going to try to do three and a half and for me I don't give a single care for how high somebody else has jumped I'm just curious how high I can jump yeah well and see it all depends on what kind of healthy environment or what kind of environment you grew up in when you're doing that in our gym we had a star wall and it was a collective let's as a team see how far we can get up oh you did three great your turn to try three and a quarter your time turn turn to try three and a half and we cheerleaded each other yeah and that's part of I think what's missing in the spiritual Community is that piece because goodness knows since our book has has launched and some other things there has been some people who were very close to us come after us and try to knock us down and I was shocked because that doesn't happen in the gym World we're all collectively trying to build each other up as a team so I'm excited to see that from high performance sport move into the spirituality realm we are definitely trying to Mentor it and show that and live it we are here to cheerlead everybody when you come with us we come as a team and we are all supporting and loving and cheerleading everybody to get to the their highest good in the time that they are with us yeah and that's fine if if if it is motivating for you to watch others do it it and then try it yourself you know that's great the the the caveat there is just be cautious of comparison itis oh and that absolutely happens it definitely shows you where your shadows are and if you still have any jealousy lines in your body we've seen it it does come up yeah so that that's the caution is yes healthy competition and also that competition with yourself right you can be inspired by others to see what's possible that's where the teachers and the guides come in they can show you what's possible we can show you things that you didn't think were possible there are people that show us things that we didn't think were possible and then you go oh well if that's possible well now I now I want to try it if it's not in your awareness and you've never experienced it you don't know if you want it or not so you need to have those people in your world that you can look up to and see what they're doing that's why I think too we always say every teacher needs a teacher because you never know where your limit is if you don't know what's coming next right yeah so I mean keep keep pushing because you won't get anywhere if you don't right if you never push your edges like that's one thing we didn't actually touch on very much in the last episode with essentially challenging all your agreements and beliefs to make sure you're you're using ones that that will serve you is that's it's not necessarily a comfortable conversation whether it's with yourself or with your spouse or or with whoever you're having that conversation with because you're pushing your edges you're challenging the ego that still resides in you that is trying to keep you safe by keeping you in the known and calculable space that you're in so it is uncomfortable so that conversation going into that conversation knowing for yourself okay if it's uncomfortable I know I know I'm challenging in the right spaces and understanding that that literally is the fifth agreement be skeptical but learn to listen don't reject something immediately if it's not something that you've never thought of before or you or or there's an instant fear reaction you know that fear is is generally it's the thing that makes us run but it's actually the thing that tells you that you're on the right track that you're that you're looking in the right Corners because you can't you can't run out the moners under your bed if you don't look under the bed and Shine the Light there so yeah that discomfort piece it's real you know just because we say oh yeah we love to we love to jump and see how high we can reach it is scary yeah it doesn't mean that there's not a there's a certain level ofation right yeah and yeah it's like it's not it's not necessarily a fear but it's like a I don't know what's gonna happen it's a little unease because you're I don't know what's going to happen but then you do it and you go that was so cool well and that is part of the initiation of going to Teotihuacán and some of these other places you know it it is it is called a spiritual University you know so anybody who is on this path who would consider themselves a light worker a star seed like anybody that you know resonates with all those kind of titles the new age titles that's the university so if you're dabbling and you've already committed to a healing path it will eventually be one of your next steps yeah I so I mean more on a like a just direct translation for Tean it it means the place where man becomes God and that doesn't mean like the Christian idea of you become God you are God God is the life force that animates all of life it is in you you are it it's the place where you get out of your own way to become what you are and that takes commitment that courage and that takes a willingness to LEAP even potentially at your own Peril because it feels like that at times when you take when you start taking some of these leaps it can feel like your life is on the line because that's what the ego does to try to keep you safe nope don't do that or you'll die when the reality is that step could be the step that sets you free to experience a joy and a peace and a love and an amazing life that you can't even imagine right now and a glorious spiritual death because parts of you do have to die AB for you to be able to move forward we say release agreements release what no longer serves you it is a death something that you held dearly is dying and there is a grieving aspect that's why doing this work it does take a lot of courage and commitment and persistence but how free do you want to be the eagle can't fly and carry a bag of rocks at the same time exactly and the fear and the the heavy energies the things that aren't serving you are just rocks in the bag the beliefs and agreements that you've been given that aren't in truth that are that are bred from Fear they're just rocks in the bag that's where the unlearning comes in that's that the toltech belief that we're not here to learn anything we already know it because we're connected to the one source of all life we are the one source of all life what we have to do is unlearn the stuff that's blocking us from that connection and these power places gathering with teachers that can show you how to navigate that is huge and it's a spiritual detox it is and and like you said there's there's a death when you you can't be reborn born without death and I hesitate to use the word because of the way it's been used with re like born again Christian but yeah it's not it's not like that it's just that you can't move to the next level of your elevation and and unless you let some things go yeah and keep the way that you were before exactly you can't change unless you change yeah so that change is often times what is referred to as the spiritual death the me that was no longer is no longer and that's happened multiple times and that's okay so yeah there's there's magic there and you set your intent and then let go and surrender and and enjoy the journey and and I love that too because when you go there you're taken care of and you get to just be and you just get to receive and there's so many of us that are doing doing doing doing and when are you allowing that receive when you allowing that medicine has somebody to take care of you yeah and that is a huge piece and and it's important for healers to remember that you also have to allow yourself to receive right and that's the other thing the the the power of at least Tao that's the one I can speak to that I know the most and Peru when when we do Peru Journeys it's also on a physical 3D plane because you you do have you know it's very comfortable you're very well taken care of and you're fed really well really well like this good homecooked food and comfortable accommodations and people are looking out for you and you're being guided you don't you don't have to be in that Warrior mode of what am I okay what do I need to do next what do I have to do now you just get told okay you're going to come here and have this experience and then you're going to go here and eat and then you're going to go and then you're gonna have time to just do what you want to do and then you're going to come here and have this other cool experience and then we're going to go sit in this super freaking amazing hot Springs that's literally a Hot Spring River it's so amazing like there's all these rejuvenating and healing and elevating experiences on a spiritual and emotional and energetic level and on a physical level and that's true of of every place that I've that I've journeyed which again it's right now is is Teo and Peru but it exists all around right that's why you say yes to these guided Journeys you you have the potential to absolutely visit these places on your own yeah but then you're trying to figure out you have to stay in Warrior mode right and you don't get to just let loose and and be in your goddess and and be in the energy and let somebody else worry about all the logistical crap you just show up so you can experience it but it's not going to have the same level of of healing as much as anything because you don't have somebody guiding you to to show you what's capable what's possible what you're cap capable of you're trying to figure it on your own which is again like you talked about what if the baby steps is more comfortable for you right then at least just step out of your comfort zone and go visit these places right baby step into the energy but if you're ready to let somebody else take that take that help you take that leap then join us or join somebody else that you know does trips there go with somebody go experience that again if their message is come let me show you the power you house not come let me teach you the right way yeah yeah be very aware of the gurus and do your research with who you're going to travel with yeah I mean it it would be wonderful to tell you that on the path to spiritual Evolution there are no snakes but there are there are people in every aspect of life who see an opportunity and pray on it so it's it's up to us to be aware to have that awareness that we need to don't don't follow blind and look out those key words research the research the teachers what are their backgrounds what are their personal relationships like you know what is their Community like do your research yeah because we want you to have the most amazing experience you can have when you go to this place so that you can experience it like we have you know have these Amazing Heart opening mind expanding lifechanging experiences and not have it be tainted by somebody else's heavy AGA and agenda yeah so yes we are going in April April 4th to 13th and uh there are spots available we will drop the link
